This Privacy Policy describes how Limited Liability Company “WOOD INDUSTRIES”, EDRPOU code 38729123, 8 Hnizdychivska St., Zhydachiv, Stryi District, Lviv Region, Ukraine (the “Company”) collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide when visiting the ALOM website.

By using the website, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily when filling in the request form on the website:

• First and last name
• Company name
• Role
• Phone number
• Email address
• Country
• Message text

When you submit the form, we also process your IP address to protect the form from spam and abuse.

In addition, if you have given your consent, we collect data on how the website is used through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type. You can change your consent at any time in Cookie Settings.

The Company processes users’ personal data for a variety of purposes. These include:

Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent you give when filling in the form, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to process your request, but no longer than 12 months from the date the request was submitted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal data to third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to provide the service.

To run the website, we use service providers that process data on our behalf and only for the purposes stated:

• Vercel — website hosting;
• Resend — delivering form requests to our email;
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — protecting the form from bots and spam (see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum);
• Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — analytics, only with your consent.

These providers may process data outside Ukraine, including in the USA.

You have the right at any time to:

• access your personal data;
• request its correction or deletion;
• withdraw your consent to processing.
